Pentatonic Scales

A Minor

(concert pitch)

Here we find the notes of the A Minor Pentatonic scale for:
Instruments in C (Flute, Oboe, Violin etc).
Instruments in F (French Horn, Wagner Tuba etc).
Instruments in B flat (Trumpet, Clarinet, Tenor Sax etc).
Instruments in E flat (Alto and Baritone Sax, Tenor Horn etc).
Guitar and Bass Guitar (Trombone, Tuba, Bassoon etc).

The Tonic or Root note is marked with a circle, feel free to play these in any order. It's good Practise to Play runs up and down the scale and runs using every other note.
When you press the "12 Bar Blues" play buton you will here a slow 12 Bar Blues to play along to.
The chord pattern of the 12 bar is:

1 (Tonic)  x 4 bars,
4th  x 2 bars,
1 (Tonic)  x 2 bars,
5th  x 1 bar.
4th  x 1 bar.
1 (Tonic)  x 1 bar.
5th  x 1 bar.

Given that frequently a song has 1 round of intro, 1st verse round, 2nd verse round, 1 solo round, 3rd verse round, and a final solo round. that would give us 6 times round. So the Blues track has 6 rounds.

"I Said Yeah" is much more upbeat and rolls between the 1 and 4 chord

Enjoy

NOTE: All the Play buttons play the tracks in the same pitch (i.e. Concert a Minor) we just put lots in!
